We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all business dealings, and implementing robust controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or across our supply partners.

Power2Ukraine is an emergency energy initiative powered by ZipOps. We connect international donors, local communities, and impact investors to deploy decentralized clean energy infrastructure—specifically portable battery units (TommyCans), local solar arrays, and electric vehicle fleet mobility services.
We aim to act ethically, transparently and with integrity in all our business relationships. We are committed to ensuring that slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, child labour and human trafficking do not take place within our business or supply chain.

Field Support & Training - On-the-ground operational partners, veteran employment pathways, and local community governance teams in Ukraine and test environments in the UK.
We recognize that the global electronics, solar PV, and battery manufacturing sectors carry inherent risks related to forced labor and raw material sourcing (such as cobalt, lithium, and polysilicon).
To mitigate these risks, we enforce the following due diligence processes:
Supplier Vetting - Prior to onboarding, suppliers of clean energy hardware and electronics must demonstrate compliance with international labor standards, including the International Labour Organization (ILO) core conventions.
Traceability - We prioritize component vendors that provide verifiable supply chain mapping to eliminate forced labor risks at the raw material extraction and sub-tier manufacturing levels.
Contractual Binding - All vendors and logistical partners must formally contract to adhere to our anti-slavery standards. Breach of these terms results in immediate contract termination.
We continuously evaluate modern slavery risks across all tiers of our operations and apply appropriate safeguards to mitigate them:
Due to known sector risks in global battery and solar supply chains, we enforce strict Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendor audits along with material provenance checks before committing to any hardware procurement.
To protect against labor exploitation during transit and delivery, we maintain direct oversight of all transportation partners and mandate fair wage enforcement across our mobility networks.
Our on-the-ground deployments rely on community-led DAO governance and direct agreements with trusted local partners, ensuring transparent oversight and fair local working conditions.

We provide safe, confidential reporting channels for employees, partners, or community members to report any concerns regarding labor exploitation or unsafe practices without fear of retaliation.
To ensure a deep understanding of modern slavery risks, we provide targeted training to employees involved in procurement, vendor management, and field logistics. This training focuses on identifying signs of labor exploitation, understanding risk indicators in green-tech hardware supply chains, and knowing how to escalate concerns.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Modern Slavery Statement for the current financial year. It has been approved by the Executive Board of ZipOps and will be reviewed and updated annually.
ZipOps has no cause to suspect that modern slavery or human trafficking is currently present within its business or supply chain, nor any evidence that it has been present in the past.
This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement has been approved by the Board of Directors on 1st January, 2026.
